THese are natural. He has +4 in speed and +18 in Strength and +11% make tackle chance. He seems to play well every season. Any suggestions with where to go from here?

it's ok. need to cap vision and tackling, and second cap speed and agility.

The only reason his tackling is not higher is because he never misses tackles so I saw no reason for increasing it.
