Where do I improve? I just boosted, not sure where to put SP... maybe jumping? Would also like to bump up agility...

get agility to 68 and hard cap vision.. that's what I would do.

Looks like you're building a cover guy, so I'd softcap jumping, then consolidate your equipment to speed when you get the chance.
