Hell, I've retired more players than you've even made, because I knew the first few waves were just experiments.
Try owning and running an entire team (except the DAI) that makes the Top 25 teams four straight seasons, every season it was in the Pros. Try taking over OCing a Pro team in Week 12 and then winning the league. Or the flood of PMs I've received asking to OC or help out teams since I've demoted my team. That's success.
