HELP! I seem to be having a tough time with this TE. Hes my first player i built and doesnt seem to be as sucessful as my other players. Any tips? I want him to be a receiving/elusive TE. thanks to any who help

The only thing I see and I'm no expert but he's receiving so shouldn't he have Catching more then 14?
