Here's a VA question for elusive guys. Will Quick feet and clever instinct stack? Both make it more likely that you'll pull off a headfake, spin, or juke, but clever instinct only works against higher level players.
To be more specific, when my Level 50 WR is up against a level 54 CB and quick feet and clever instinct are maxed, do I get a 30% and 45% increase to the chance that the fake will occur or just the 45% increased chance?
