you should of rerolled him, far too many wasted points in skills that should of been 8s not 10s.

i think you also spent your SP too early, you could of trained your speed higher first. ive a DE same level with 70s speed. and very similar other stats. -get him some speed equipment, train agil then cap it and get some more flex points for another go at a DE. read about rolling your initial stats and read some of the stuff knocking around the forums about slow building and DE builds. then you cant go far wrong.
