My team (The Ottowa Chiefs) are severely out-matched in the Canada AAA #2 league, as we are a first-year team, playing against established teams from the previous season.

We were able to win two games, but they were against the two teams that will be relagated to AA because they are the worst two teams in the league. (Also gutted/added teams)

It has stunted the growth of the players on my team, as getting smashed in several consecutive games tends to wear on the players' morale.

We are looking for a fresh start against teams that are closer to our level. And I know that there are several teams in this league that have enough going on to make them far more competetive against the Canada AAA teams than we are equipped to be.

We are not trying to be "big fish, in a small pond", we are just tired of being used as "bait" for the big fish.

Also, feel free to have a look at my roster, and the rosters of the teams in our current conference, to see if your team can match-up against them.

i think your team would match up pretty well with the top quarter of the better squads in the BBB#4 so I'm not sure anyone would be able to hold much more weight than your squad in the Canadian AAA league.

Would this even be allowed? to move your team here and one team out to your conference?

Well, you could just do even trades between all of the players, but I don't know if you can actually switch teams from one league to another like that.

I'm looking everywhere that I think we would at least be able to compete.

Honestly, I quit looking at every team ion each league, and just starting guessing that there were going to be teams that were higher-leveled than us pretty much everywhere.

I have one of these posts in each of the 16 BBB leagues.

I think if you do this during the off season your chemistry will go back to normal by the start of season 3. So if you find someone that is willing it shouldn't be a problem. Did you check with the boss to see if that isn't breaking any rules?

There is no chemistry hit to be had. Bort has given permission, and would move the Ottowa Chiefs to the USA BBB #4 league, and whichever team were willing to trade, to the Canada AAA #2 league.

i wouldn't make the move, that league is stacked, and so is this team if they come in
