It works per the Wiki. My Guard is a S1 player, so he's close to decline. Wish' I would have rolled it sooner in his career but I'll buy it anyway.

I believe (and take this with the there's no way in hell I'm going to try to find the bort quote grain of salt) that Bort said Lead Block only works for someone actually playing the FB position.

I actually have a piece exactly like that, xcoach, on a young C of mine, and I think I'm going to pitch it at some point.

What is a lead block? Can a pulling guard benefit from the lead block SA or must a lead block come from the back field?

Pulling guard counts as lead block. Any time a player is heading downfield with the RB following him, it's a lead block.

I got one on a center and ditched it after I read Bort say it wouldn't work for them. But a pulling guard would be good for the lead block piece.
