Ask the owner of your current team and let him know this:
Since it is a wash either way on chemistry --
Moves made during the offseason only cost -1, instead of the normal penalty.
OR
Player's contract expires (-1) during the Regular Season
So, either way he will take a -1 chemistry hit.
