Finish agi cap, then cap vision. VA Power Tackler would be a good option. If you do SAs and you're a NT focus on D Line General, and if you do that, then get Natural Leader to enhance it.

If you're going to keep him at DT, you need to cap speed before vision...in fact get to to about 70.
