i disagree fully. wut is ur natural speed? i believe that going past 4th capis a waste of sp especially for a rb where there are so many important attributes. secondly agility could be higher. my teammate had 85/85 speed agility and jsut dominated. and if anything why not move equipment out of agility into speed and add sp to agility instead of speed. u would using less sp to achieve the same goal.
