I've never seen this done before, but what do you guys think of signing and using a really well built power HB as PR/KR. although slow and methodical, wouldn't he be able to just plow through everyone to the goal line or at least until he gets tired?

No, that particular guy would would make an awful one. Because bruiser doesn't work on KR/PR Powerback usefulness went down significantly.
