By haveing not training them.

Agility is low as i havent trained it in like ages and strengh is low as i didnt need it untill now.

You missed over 20% of your tackles last season. You needed strength.

Yeah but so is his agility.

He got some bad advice from someone who told him tackling was more important than str

Ok, don't put any SP into strength/confidence then, not for a long time, at least.

Work vision/agility to the 3rd cap (or higher, preferably the 4th cap), and then take change direction/superior vision to 8/10sih (respectively).

So far your safety is looking good. The only things you need to work on are really strength and agility like everyone said. I would train strength all of next season, while putting actual points into agility.
