Is it possible to make my Rushing QB only come in on qb runs in a 3 QB system?

I doubt it unless it's 2 Rushing QBs and 1 Passing QB. Then you can just put the passing QB in the TE custom and both Rushing QBs should be doing the correct plays.

Why can't you specify QB1 and QB2 like all other positions? Makes no sense. You should also be allowed to specify like WR up to 4 or 5 slots per position. Perhaps not 5 for QB but you get the idea.
