I know (now) that I've screwed up VA points. This is my 1st player & I've probably screwed more than that up. I had been listening to a guy on one of my early teams about how to build, but he probably didn't know what he was talking about. Thought I'd ask here for some advice since I just realized this TE forum was here.

Depending on what type of TE you want to be, I would do so:

Blocking:

Get strength to 80-90.
Stamina up to about 45, depending on how much you are playing. If you are a backup you can possible stick at 34, even I personally would raise it anyway.
Confidence to the first cap (48). That's always in important.

Blocking up till about 70.

If you are a starter, get stamina up first. Otherwise get the first 10 of confidence, before getting everything in blocking and strength. The get confidence to the first cap, before reaching lvl. 40.

Receiving:

Strength can stick were it are right now, if you are playing elusive, but get it up at 80-90 if you are playing power.
Speed are great.
Get agility to 55-65 if you are playing elusive.
Jumping needs to be a lot higher. At least up to 40.
Stamina is the same as a blocking TE.
Vision should go up to the first cap at least, maybe a little higher.
Confidence: The same as the a blocking TE.

Blocking should stick were it are.
Catching is good for now.
It wouldn't hurt getting carrying up at 40.

Stamina up first, if you're a starter. Otherwise, start with vision - it's really important for a receiver. Then get jumping up a little, before getting all in agility. After that, get both jumping and carrying up to 40.. If playing power, put strength in at agilitys place..

I think you just have to hope to get a chance of replacing the VAs. They are put out on to many different, but's that's the way it are..

I know I'm talking in pretty high numbers, but I do believe that they are reachable before hitting 50.. Anyway, am I not even close to an expert, this is only how I believe I would do..
