I have a level 12 DE that I have super slow built over the last few seasons. I am going to unleash him into a 13 cap league this season so I am exploring offers. There is no way you will find a better build at this level. He if for sure to be a complete monster at a 13 cap. Strength, Agility and Speed all soft capped.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention he has CEQ and I still have 3 boosts left for season 9 that I intend to use. I will also boost 3 times at season 10 whenever the owner/GMs want.
