boosting to lvl 31 and then getting lvl 32 equip. upgrades will give me 100 speed and 70 agility and 4 in quick cut and ill run him on super elusive. is that a good idea?

i'm not saying, but i'm just saying that your vision and carrying need to be capped.

agree with mcnastasy, cap carrying, then vision, and you will be in good shape.
