incorrect, asshole.

Doesn't need a comma.

That piece of literary work is direct address where I am referring to you as an asshole. I could have also phrased it, "Asshole, excuse me for being gramatically incorrect". It requires a comma.

If you feel you have anything else valid to add to the discussion about power backs, then feel free to say so. Otherwise, stop trolling.

The period here goes inside the quotation marks.

This is a fragment sentence, and no it doesn't.

Actually, it does need a comma, in the way he was using it. However, he didn't capitalize correctly.

It's not necessary.
You think simply because there's a cadence there should be a comma, but it's not true.
Otherwise the above sentence would like like this:
You think simply because there's a cadence, there should be a comma, but it's not true.
That effect would be excessive, annoying, and unnecessary.

No, it is necessary, because he's adressing the asshole.

However, your last sentence doesn't need the comma after annoying.

Are you calling everyone not from England an idiot? This is a run-on sentence, by the way.

That is not a sentence fragment. That is a complete sentence.

When you're interacting with people on the internet, a good rule of thumb is to expect everyone is an imbecile. That way, you don't start acting like a grammar nazi. When you become a grammar nazi, and you start correcting people, you look like a complete and utter moron when you make mistakes yourself.

I was referring to the usage of something called a 'serial comma' which is often employed in American English and not European English.

I'm not pulling your chain so you should take this all seriously.
