Ive got a pretty good CB build. I havent trained Jumping or catching yet because i dont know which one benifits the CB more.I would think Jumping would lead to more ints or PDs and shoe string tackles.Catching is only good for ints, but if you cant jump up for the ball then why bother training it.

A lot of times you get int's without jumping. Jumping is really helpful, mainly when the offense is in the red zone, but it's not the better one of the two imo.
You can get away with low jumping for a while. I am testing it right now. and so far my corners have played in BBB then A last season. low jumping hasn't really hurt them too much yet. I am sure one They hit AA it's going to be a factor.
Jumping is definitely good, but I think it's more about your competition and the levels you play. Jumping is great if you play a receiver with high jumping. Normally lower level receivers aren't working on jumping, so if you get jumping early you have a build with a virtually useless attribute for the time being.
I would say get your catching up first and let it auto level. After which you could get jumping up later to catch up with higher leveled receivers.
