Haven't been on a title team since season 3. I'm a very active owner ,checking in at least twice a day. I do boost my player. I prefer to play LDE , but will play either spot. I will say this , when my player played LILB he was a monster. Does your D from time to time use the DE's in the LILB , RILB roles? If so then i can see your team as a perfect fit. I want to win another title, not be part of a rebuilding project. PM or send an offer .

Hey all, thanks for the offers . I'm mulling them over an will reach a decesion in next 24 hrs. While there are some good sales pitch, most seem copy an pasted as to have been sent to many an all by changing the position you are seeking. What will seperate you from the others is by telling me about the D i will be joining, will you be using me in a LILB package if at all? That's what i'm looking for , a heart felt i want "YOU" on our D Sales pitch. I will only accept a 1 yr ending on day 40 contract with a "No Trade Clause" only . Not badmouthing your request. But if you want to play LB, why didn't you just build a LB?

Thanks for the offer guys , i signed already. To answer your question DE's are used in a 3-4 D as a LILB or RILB . It's nice as a DE to play some off the line from time to time.

In a traditional 3-4, a DE will play OLB if he is not big enough to play DE, not ILB.

I guess it's different in GLB

you also lose on attributes for playing out of position

correct, its called the OOP penalty. Can be up to 10% penalty in attributes. So playing OOP actually hurts the team. There is also a penaly for dropping back into coverage as a DL.
