I'm not a player that needs to start, it's merely a bonus. Minimum salary is fine with me and signing bonus means nothing to me really if you can pay for my equipment.
I do not have lvl 40 or 48 upgrades at all (actually one lvl 40 upgrade on my AE). I have enough bonus tokens to boost my AE once (almost twice) just not the cash. I'd like a team that can fully upgrade me if possible.
I am willing to relocate EQ to fit your scheme and willing to listen to any advice. If you have ties with the Miami Perfection, lemme know!!
