Well first off, I would start moving all your equipment to one attribute.. This is important and doing it early will save you tons of cash because if you ever end up with a good owner, they are going to want you to do it. You should probably really work on agility if you want to be a possession receiver. I have been working on a WR for a while and am having success. Hes a speed WR so what your trying to do is different but you should stop putting points in to special abilities until @ least level 25, its something I've been told I messed up some early with my WR. Also, I would concentrate on one attribute (what ever you think is most important) until you reach the point where each attribute gain is costing 3. Doing this will help maximize the attribute gains that happen naturally as you level. Your catching is probably fine, my WR lead a capped level 13 league in tds, was 2nd in yards and his catching is only in the low 40's, so you should be good there for a while.... I would really work on Vision, Agility, and Speed for a while if you want your player to be competitive later in his career.
