That is his build. I could probably use his 2500 flex points to boost my guys with superior builds. I don't know if Captain planet has a solid enough build to keep seeing as he was my first guy, and was not slow built at all. I'm just curious... is does have have a good enough build to keep, or should I move on gracefully.

I would keep that build. Focus on speed to 100 agility to 68 and vision to at least 61
