Is it only for possession receivers? I think that FS and QC are more important. But should a speedster WR even bother with Route Run?

Why not? It increases your Speed and Agility when running a route. Don't all WRs want that?

Well, assuming it gives +1 per level, at level 10, it gives a 20% bonus to players with 50 speed and agility. Players with 100 speed and agility would only get a 10% boost.
Obviously the numbers aren't accurate or anything, but that's the concept of flat boosts. If Route Run is a flat boost or not, I'm not sure, but I think it's fairly common belief that it is.

Bort said it was a flat bonus, I believe that was in the level one kicker stopping high level D-line guys thread. It actually may be more cost effective for high agility or speed guys to invest in RR than in more speed or agility if we can figure out how much it returns and which cap it becomes more efficient to invest in it rather than more speed or agility do to higher cap costs.
