yes definately. I wouldn't spend anything on SA's until you're at least level 35 (at the absolute earliest)

And when you do eventually spend points on SA's, you should have a plan that focuses on one or two SA's instead of simply spreading the points all over the place. You will get more out of building up one or two SA's that compliment your build and how you are used on your team.

I would tbh, but I'm a perfectionist when it comes to building and your attributes aren't specialized enough (for his age) nor is your SA allocation direct enough, as has been said. If you are gonna go the agility route (which definitely isn't bad for a DE) then you need it far higher than 82 by level 32.
my DE is 8 levels lower, has as much agility, more speed (about 15), less strength (about 20) and less vision (about 15), and a little less confidence. Given the level difference I can safely say that by your level mine will be ahead in all categories, which isn't good. Not trying to brag.

Probably because both of his speed and agility need to be raised, but that doesn't entail raising speed higher than agility, nor does his second post advocate that.
