usually speed bc fb's dont get the raw # of snaps most positions do, also speed is probably the single biggest factor in most of this sim. that being said as of right now while building a fb you would wait a while before investing into speed. but theres a lot of new changes on the horizon which should fix most of our big gripes about the fb position, namely having to gimp our player for 1/2 to 3/4 of his career to have any hope of being WL FB

yeah speed is more important than stamina. the FB Blocking archetype will have speed as a minor, so at least it will get some ALGs, but still probably want to work on capping your majors first and then come back to speed imo.

and how much speed you'll eventually need also depends on if you plan to specialize in inside vs. outside blocking. an FB leading a power HB inside doesn't need much speed, but a FB leading an elusive HB to the outside will need plenty of speed to get out in front of the HB.

What is better, speed or agility?

It depends on the HB and the teams running style. The faster the HB is the faster the FB needs to be and to some extend the less time he needs to hold the block. The trend I see in GLB is that Speed is the all important stat on HBs, I may not agree with this but it is reality that people love those players that can take it to the house.
So that simply makes speed the all important skill for FBs even though it make no sense from a build perspective (Even with Archetypes). Unless you know your team and the HB in advance or is willing to gamble a bit speed is the number 1 skill for FBs (Closely contended by strength).

And my personal opinion is: Do not waste SPs on speed until you have finished building Agility, Strength, Blocking and Vision. Use your equipment in Speed and switch it to strength either at the level 40 upgrade or level 48 upgrade.

also if you are blocking inside agility is more important because you need to get moving into the hole quickly to engage a block, but you don't need the top end speed that you need blocking outside.

Agility helps you do just about everything you need to do as a FB:
Accelerate
Change direction
Make blocks (including diving cut blocks)
Hold blocks
Catch/Carry the ball (if you are making an offensive FB instead of a blocker)

Pure speed backs, like pure power backs, aren't what they once were now that defenses are insanely fast at higher levels. Combo backs that favor power or speed but that still have some of both are more effective. That's why my level 50 FB has a little bit more agility than he does speed, it helps him block both inside and out. He easily makes up for having 30 less speed than our fastest RB by having the Outside Blocker VA. A 30% bonus to speed, agility, vision, and blocking outside the TE is insane. Even on Off-Tackle plays where it doesn't kick in, he's still plenty fast to get to the 2nd level of the defense ahead of the RB.

Edit - Also remember that as speed increases, the more agility and vision you will need to avoid doing the worst thing a FB can do, run past the defense and not block anyone before the ball carrier is tackled. The faster you are going, the harder it is to pass vision checks or change directions to blocks someone to your side or behind you.

So I should definitely focus on agi well before spd. Thanks all
