Want to know if this guy is worth keeping. Seems everyone prefers speed over strength. Debating retiring him and using his flex to create a new LBer.

It wouldn't be necessary to retire him. Simply move some of his eq out of strength. Vision and agility should be capped asap. It's a fairly mediocre build. Not terrible, not great.

Agreed.

Str/tck are fine for MLB. You could go that direction with him, but he will still need spd and agi.
