I'd look for a more challenging venue for this guy...USA A is probably a little low for this guy. Tackling is lagging for this guy's level...maybe try moving it up to match Agility and STR. Also as a pass defender his Jumping is really low. your guy could be a tackling stud at AA if you get the Tackle and jumping numbers up.
any other thoughts (and just my opinion) this guy has pass rushing capabilities and getting the LOLB gig...that's a little contradictory.
