After you're done with Kicking, go for Confidence. Simply to make the most of the natural level gains you get; 1/level up to lvl 22, just as with kicking. So whether you intend to take confidence really high (I like it that way) or just to the first or second cap, get it done before strength/vision/agility as you'll benefit in the long run.
I guess you'll roughly want 1:1 strength/vision, but not right now. All this is ofc. assuming that you want to build for the long term, and aren't too bothered by doing well the first two season?
