not bad for an OLB. However, you'll want more str and tackling so that you can run balanced tackling easier (probably grab sure tackler too). Balanced tackling = not as easy to get extra yards when tackled.

Your guy has a history of missed tackles due to the agility/speed ratio being too low. I like the build, but I would like it more if one piece of EQ is in AGI.
