Well hes ok look at ona my hbs..http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1344955 he has 80 speed and 50 agility...at your level you can slow down on your agility...try to get your speed up to 70 and when ure lvl 16and up 80s and 90s stop with agiliity for now. focus all points and equip on speed
