I have to say I don't really like it. I can see your trying to be elusive but you should have taken either speed or agility to the 4/1 cap(ie 68). You are missing out on important lvl ups by not having put all your points into one ability. That being said I think your guy is probably very effective at his lvl. Get speed to the 68 cap and then agility to 60 or 63 or whatever. I would say 6/10. Could have done better could have done worse. I mean being effective at lvl 13 is great but what happens if your not very good at lvl 35?

thanks, for the advice i will get him up there, level 35 is a long way away i will go that path and focus on other, i focused alot on the agility for pee wee maybe too much
