Vision and tackling are both low enough that they will hurt his play until they are fixed. That should be easy to do though and the rest of it is looking pretty awesome. Spend this next season's boost on those and you will have a beast.

Yeah get tackling nice and high. With that STR you can go to balanced tackling when tack is at 48 and above. Then you can force a few fumbles

Also, once you get vision above 48 you won't have as much of a penalty getting off the line.

not even close to necessary. Stick a piece of EQ into Speed and you'll have 80, which is enough to get to the QB.
