I'd rather have higher speed, agility, and vision. All 3 can be brought to the third cap, it takes until around level 36, or 40 if tackling will be capped.

Jumping is underestimated IMO, especially in pass coverage, but it also comes into play on tackles. 90 speed/60 agility is enough to get to the play and make a stop consistantly.

high speed and 70 vision with 7SV...judge for yourself from his game film...

And this type of build does not result in beautiful scouting bars...
