he has alot of speed and i still havent gotten stats for custom equipment. whats should i out that into and should i keep upgrading speed for my current? is there a point where i dont need any more speed and should i upgrade Agility or vision? i know i still need some stuff but where should my equipment go into?

Uhh pump up on SA's dude especially SDC.

stamina and jumping

all equipment in speed. Think about it. Each point of EQ you put into there is worth more than anywhere else since it's already the highest.

I would cap jumping since you're so close. Train catching and confidence. (unless you're having a problem with missed tackles then go strength/tackling) Then work on your SA's, specifically SV and SC

very nice build. would go for speed or agility with the equipment. if your normal and advanced equipment is already all speed, i'd go with agility.
