I'm curious as to the progress I'm making on my first ever skill position. Since I plan on dedicating full time flex points to him, I want to be sure he will produce.

get his agility trained up to 90-95% if you can, before spending any more SP. then get agility to 68 while training str/car, then spend 1 train to get agility up one extra and get both strength and carrying up over the second cap, then train stamina, and vision, and find a good piece of AEQ in the elusive tree...he should be pretty good after that.
