can someone help me make this HB great.

don't put any SP into anything but agility until it's at 68. train strength and carrying.

Man I hope you've got like 50 sp's held back for a rainy day. No more SA's until probably lvl 30. I don't know man, it's not looking good. My lvl 22 hb has 89 speed and 67 agility, most of the rest of our builds are the same. You just seem to be behind. Not trying to be a jerk. I would say get agility up to 60 or so and put a little more into speed then cap vision while training strenght and carrying.
