My lvl 21 LB gets a couple sacks/hurries, but don't know its enough to warrant going for this piece of AE. Right now I have 2 pieces of AE, Blitz and Shed Blocks. No SP boosts from any of the 3. Any thoughts.

Kinda. Id take blitz.
Blitz seems to activate on every play, TV has one of those "chance to activate" things.
