Tight Spiral, Pass Quality (AEQ) are the best options,

Pocket Pressence if you're under pressure alot

Throwing, Vision are the attributes which would control that.

I'm starting to think it's pocket presence primarilly. I watch all bad throws and it seems that almost all are when the QB is under pressure

I increased my Confidence and added 2 to PP and its helped.
