hmm...i would throw any of Duluth's top 3 CB's in that hat as well.

Aridian Highlander, Kenny Arbs, and Interceptor Vasher. All 3 have very fine resumes.

Beau continued his dominance of the Garuda conference in Season 9, leading the Pelicans defense in Tackles and PDs!! Hell, the guy was
2nd in interceptions, and 4th in hurries!! There is flat out, no other player in the Garuda conference that is scarier on the field then Beau Taylor. If this voting was up to the OC's in this conference, Beau would win by a landslide. Just for the simple fact that he is the type of player that changes teams gameplans.

Season Stats:

80 tackles, 2 sacks, 4 pickles(2 returned for 6), 2 forced fumbles, and 35 pass deflections!!

Highlights:

Beau with the Pick against the Bra's....yeah, the QB was trying to throw it away

Stats against non-gutjobs:

34 tackles, 2 INT's, 1 TD's, 68 PD's

That's a 2-1 PD to Tackle ratio and easily the best in the league. In fact, I'm pretty sure that if you let all other players keep their stats from games against gutjobs, Boog still has the best PD to Tackle Ratio.

Boog is a deflection machine and is a huge reason why we recovered and got back on top of things for the playoffs.

Starting in week 16 (against Pa Dong) I started putting him up against each team's top receiving threat. Here's the numbers they put up:

Week 16- Pa Dong- Chico Harrison- 5 catches, 47.5 yards.
Playoffs Round 1- Duluth- Cole Weathers- 1 catch, 35 yards.
Playoffs Round 2- Pa Dong- Chico Harrison- 3 catches, 23 yards.
Playoffs Round 3- Marauders- Jackie Hayes- 6 catches, 81 yards, 1 TD.
League Championship- Barry D'licious- 3 catches, 66 yards.
Ashraf Abdelmohsen- 2 catches, 78 yards, 1 TD.
