whats a good roll for a cb?

all 8's in the non-importants. eg...blocking, throwing, carrying, kicking, punting

You can't get an 8 in carrying, to my knowledge.

I think you can get an 8 in carrying, but it gets higher as you level. As opposed to kicking/punting/throwing etc that remain the same. Otherwise, you're right - you can't roll an 8 for carrying and the lowest is probably 10.

Strength, tackling, confidence, and carrying are all locked in at 10 when you roll. You can't get anything other than a 10 for any of those 4 attributes when you roll a CB.
