I have a guy that I am on the fence about and would appreciate some constructive criticism or advice on whether to keep him playing or retire and get the flex back to start again.

Keep in mind he was created Season 1, day 44 (Apr 24, 2008) so he will be getting the dreadful Bret Favre syndrome soon and will be declining in stats.
Just a thought,maybe moving him down to a easier level of competition and let him go another year or two tops or just flat out start over.
