Also, in the case of more than 2 teams with the same record, head to head is calculated as the best record in all matchups.

ie if A,B,C and D are tied at the end of the season... and the following h2h results were:
A lost to B, A defeated C, A defeated D (2-1)
B defeated A, B lost to C, B lost to D (1-2)
C lost to A, C defeated B, C lost to D (1-2)
D lost to A, D defeated B, D defeated C (2-1)

In this case even though A beat D in a head to head matchup, since the total head to head rankings are tied between A and D it'd move on to points scored. So if D has higher points scored, they'd be ranked ahead of A.
