I don't really like the player of the week nominations. Not trying to step on any toes; just my opinion.

I will say it has generated some buzz this season, so don't read too much into my opinion.

Myself, I would rather see like a Top 10 Play list each week, but that's just me.

I think its a good idea, just tough with the cupcakes being in the league. Just remember its just for fun so its really not a big deal.

Anything that can crate some buzz on the forum is a good idea even if it gets everyones panties in a bunch.... please see rankings for BBB#1 by josh. haha.

Second that. I'm the DC for my team. Our owner is in the Military so he doesn't have the time to be very active in the forums.

What is this, a Lord and Vassal system? Everyone should be able to nominate a player IMO. Otherwise, even though the season's almost over, I'll start a new thread for the common folk and we'll have our own player of the week thread. It'll be like the NFC and the AFC and it will make both threads irrelevant and they'll eventually merge together, just the same way.

I wasn't under the impression that this concept was spawned by owners for owners only. I have been nominating and voting for players all year long and frankly spurning active board participants is not a good policy.
Regardless of the fact that I nominated somebody from a team we didn't even play.
Does this mean someone will have to start a thread for the rest of the league? My impression was that this thread was created to garner interest and stimulate conversation about the league. This smells of censorship....

damn bro, I like that idea! ha... to bad it was this late!

I tried it for the league the SkyRockets were in last season but just didn't have the time to keep up with it. Basically I had everyone submit the top one or two plays from their team, win or loss, and from them I would pick the top ten.
