Anyone ever seen a FS with 100 in vision?

I'd say it generally doesn't approach hip like features.

F.s. probably higher vision.

My S.S. has played his whole career pretty much neglecting vision. It's 55 right now. I don't see it as a problem.

there's example of it working at all of those, asheme's SS has high vision and is good so it still works pretty well at higher levels

I wouldn't go past the 60 cap. After that, Super Vision and Foot ball genius can be use if you really want to get the number higher. Its not a good return for the 1:3 ratio but for the VA, you can easily add 4.5 points (worth about 3 levels) and be just fine. I definately would 48 cap it because I think while it is not a major factor in rolls, it is a factor in almost every roll. Its probably the only skill that is.
