As a note here, I totally misread how AEs that add percentages are upgraded. It adds a flat 2% every level, so my pieces wouldn't go 5%, 10%, 15% etc like I posted in that table. Despite that, I think I prefer the percent increase pieces over a straight +1 SA piece for high level characters, mainly because its a way to circumvent the 10 point SA softcap.

SA have diminishing returns, % chance dont.
