I have a LB and DE that I have been super slow-building specifically for a 3-4 defense for the past few seasons. They should be starting quality for (at least) a BBB team by the start of season 10, possibly even single A. They will both be around level 30 to start the season.
I envision them becoming a LDE and SILB. A strong, containment oriented DE, who can occupy two blockers and free up your LOLB;and a strong ILB who can shed blocks and get into the backfield, while fast enough for dropping back into coverage as needed.
I'm not as concerned with wins, eq money, or starting as I am with PT, activity and a well-run defense.
I am a team guy, and am willing to build and evolve my guys as the team's defense evolves and grows.
I have some defensive coordinator experience; I would be somewhat interested in helping to set up an AI, but probably less interested in making the in-season adjustments. Think of me as a potential "defensive adviser".
Region and level are also of little consequence, as long as my guys are not out of their league.
If I have had prior dealings with you on here, it is a plus.
