I've debated spreading EQ around. Is this something you've seen other high level guys do, or do you feel it works especially well for QBs?

I have everything in throwing. My advanced EQ (+2 STR, +6 THROWING, Pass quality +17%) and my endorsement (+2 confidence, +1 throwing, Pass quality +10%) make it look like I spread it around though.
