+1 speed, +1 shed blocks shirt

+1 speed should be more important than +2 vision since you should be getting speed above 75.

If you are agility/speed pass rushing DT, Strong Base won't do shit. I would say unless you have 110+ strength, strong base is worthless. It may be worthless with 110 strength, but I haven't tried it on any of my NTs with over 110 strength.

Plus, you can chose if you want to take shed block up to 14/15 or not. If you don't then you won't have to spend more sp in shed block or glare and can put them in speed. +4 shed block when fully upgraded is going to be worth more than +2 speed.

Strong base sucks unless you have a TON of str, I just put a couple points into it to help fight pancakes (low-ish str on my guys).

I'd probably go with double shed block and drop the blitz. The speed/shed block and keeping the blitz piece are an option too.

Hmmm so I got a +1 blitz shirt, should I go with that even though it doesn't have any attributes attached?

It's really up to you. Double blitz is quite nice. 15 shed block is monstrous too. It's hard to say if 15 shed block or 10 shed block and 10 blitz is better, but who knows. Personally, I'd lean towards the blitz.
