Get equipment out of tackling unless its AEQ. Speed and agility to 68 natural.

Honestly, I'd retire him.

I actually have no equipment in tackling...at all.

First cap jumping first, then agi/vis both need to be third capped.

no equipment on strength... put on speed unless its a ad.

The equipment on strength was an accident. I meant to go down to speed when I did it, but got a little too click happy with the mouse. Thankfully it's only one point.

It looks fine for the level, just keep working on speed/agil/jumping
